Ingredients

- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Wheat Flour ¼ glasses
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Rosemary ½ spoons
- Tomatoes 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, remove any membranes and fat, cut it into pieces about four centimeters on each side, and sauté in vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Transfer the meat to a pot. Drain the excess oil from the skillet, leaving just a little behind, and sauté the onion, sliced into rings, in it.
Step 3
Place the pot with the meat on the heat, add the sautéed onion, chopped tomato, rosemary, and crushed garlic cloves. Then pour in the wine and add enough broth to just cover the meat. Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for one and a half hours (or you can place it in the oven).
Step 4
Five minutes before the end of simmering, sauté the flour in butter, keep the mixture on low heat, and immediately move on to the next step.
Step 5
Strain all the contents of the pot through a sieve over the skillet with flour, mixing with a whisk. Squeeze out all the liquid from the vegetables (you can discard them afterward), and return the pieces of meat back to the pot.
Step 6
Whisk the resulting sauce until the mixture thickens, then drizzle it over the meat.
