Ingredients
- Potato 0 lbs
- Carrot 1 piece
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Parsley 5 stalks
- Smoked haddock fillet 10 oz
- Cod fillet 10 oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Spinach 2 bunches
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Boil in salted water and mash into a puree.
Step 2
Grate the celery, carrot, and cheese. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely chop them. Chop the parsley, spinach, and chili pepper.
Step 3
Cut the fish into large pieces that are easy to fit in the mouth. Peel the shrimp. Mix with the juice and zest of one lemon.
Step 4
Place the fish, spinach, and tomatoes at the bottom of the dish, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Top with the grated vegetables and cheese, sprinkle with parsley and chili pepper. Cover with a layer of mashed potatoes and bake in the oven at 355°F for about 40 minutes.
