Rice with vegetables and meat sauce
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 25 oz
- Onion 1½ heads
- Spices to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Boiling water 15 fl oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Butter 0 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Corn Grits 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small amount of vegetable oil, sauté the chicken breast until the liquid evaporates.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and sauté until lightly golden.
Step 3
Add spices, tomato paste, and 200 ml of boiling water. Stir.
Step 4
Add the cream, stir, and reduce the heat to minimum. Simmer covered for 25 minutes. Then add garlic and herbs.
Step 5
In butter, sauté the onion, carrot, and bell pepper for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the canned corn and stir.
Step 7
Add well-washed rice and all spices.
Step 8
Stir, pour in 300 ml of boiling water, and reduce the heat to minimum. Cook covered for 25 minutes.
