- Green Peas 5 oz
- Artichoke bottoms 2 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Squid 5 oz
- Mussels 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 1 piece
- Parsley to taste
- Saffron a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a pot, melt the pork fat and sauté the diced pork, chorizo, and onion for 2 minutes. Add the chopped pepper, tomatoes, and cooked squid, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the rice, peas, cooked mussels, quartered artichoke hearts, garlic, almonds, pine nuts, and saffron. Pour in water, bring to a boil, and simmer until cooked. Serve garnished with finely chopped parsley.
