Rice with Onion, Peas, and Corn

Description
You can use any type of rice. The vegetables can vary by season, as long as they can be sautéed.
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Boiled White Round Rice 15 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup 1 can
- Canned Corn 1 can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Start cooking the rice. I usually boil the water in a kettle beforehand, then add the rice. Brown rice will take about 30 minutes to cook.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté for 5 minutes in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the peas and corn, and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rice and sauté for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
