Rice with Mushrooms, Spinach, and Bell Pepper
Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Fresh basil leaves 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice in lightly salted water.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings, cut the pepper into half-rings, and finely chop the garlic. If the spinach leaves are too large, cut them into strips.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, sauté the onion until golden, add the mushrooms, pepper, and garlic, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the lid, add the spinach and soy sauce, and cook for a few more minutes until the spinach wilts.
Step 5
Serve the prepared mixture on a bed of rice.
