  • Oyster Mushrooms 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Sour Cream 20 oz

In vegetable oil, separately sauté the onion, carrot, and mushrooms. After sautéing, combine everything and pour in the sour cream, simmer a little longer, add pepper, bay leaf, and other spices to taste.

Step 2
