- Rice 2 cups
- Lean Beef 30 oz
- Cayenne Pepper 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice without adding salt during the cooking process.
Step 2
Sauté the ground beef (you can use regular ground beef or a mix with lamb) in a skillet for about 15 minutes.

Sauté the onion.
Step 4
Combine everything in a deep dish and add the Italian herbs (they are very aromatic, so decide how much to add), sautéed onion, one cayenne pepper—it's very spicy—and salt. Add a little vegetable oil and mix.
Step 5
Place in the oven to simmer for 15–20 minutes.
