Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 1 head
- Scallions to taste
- Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice until partially cooked.
Step 2
Remove from heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the oil, add crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, canned peas, and sauté, stirring, for 1–2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rice and sauté, stirring, for about a minute.
Step 5
Evenly spread the contents across the bottom of the skillet and pour in the beaten egg. Stir until the egg is cooked.
Step 6
At the end, add the soy sauce and mix.
Step 7
Add the chopped green onion.
