Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice 10 oz
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Carrot 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the rice to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Heat a skillet, sauté the onion, and add the carrot.
Step 4
In a minute, add the can of corn to the skillet with the sautéed onions and carrots.
Step 5
Mix the vegetables and wait for 2–3 minutes for the corn to heat up.
Step 6
Now, take the previously cooked rice and add it to the skillet with the vegetables.
Step 7
Mix well and cook for a couple more minutes.
