Rice with Chicken and Mushrooms in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Morels 6 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Rice 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sauté in a small amount of oil until lightly golden.
Step 2
When the chicken is almost cooked, add the garlic.
Step 3
After about 1–2 minutes, add the mushrooms. Cook over fairly high heat, stirring, for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
At the very end, add the cream and soy sauce. Reduce the heat and wait until the sauce starts to thicken slightly. Serve with rice.
