Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Onion 2 heads
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Rinse the rice, cook it, and drain it in a colander.
Step 2
Place the cleaned and rinsed fresh mushrooms in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain, rinse, chop finely, and sauté in oil. If using dried mushrooms instead of fresh, they should be boiled first, then chopped and sautéed in oil as well.
Step 3
Mix the cooked rice with the mushrooms, add the sautéed onions, salt, and pepper.
