- Rice 1 cup
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Canned Green Peas 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Water 4 cups
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice and sauté it in oil with chopped mushrooms and julienned onion, then pour in boiling water, add diced carrot, and salt.
Step 2
Simmer covered on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
5 minutes before it's done, add the peas and sliced tomatoes.
