  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Water 4 cups
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Rinse the rice and sauté it in oil with chopped mushrooms and julienned onion, then pour in boiling water, add diced carrot, and salt.

Step 2

Simmer covered on low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3
