Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, dry it, grind it in a coffee grinder, and cook the porridge in milk and water. Then add sugar, eggs, and 5 g of butter, mix well, and cool.
Step 2
Spread the rice porridge in a 1 cm layer on a damp cheesecloth, place finely chopped apples and dried apricots in the center, roll it up, place it in a greased frying pan, and steam until cooked.
