- Rice 10 oz
- Papaya flesh 15 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Apple 2 pieces
- Quince 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the rice and let the water drain.
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Step 3
Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core, and cut into small cubes.
Step 4
Wash the quince, peel it, remove the core, and cut into small cubes.
Step 5
In a pot, melt some of the butter, place the pumpkin at the bottom, and top it with a third of the prepared rice.
Step 6
Add the mixture of apples and quince, and sprinkle another third of the rice on top.
Step 7
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes, place them in an even layer, and cover with the remaining rice.
Step 8
Place pieces of the remaining butter on top and pour in the salted chicken broth so that the top layer of rice is completely covered.
Step 9
Tightly cover the pot with a lid and cook the porridge on low heat for 1 hour.
