  • Ground coriander 1 tablespoon
  • Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Peanut Butter 4 tablespoons
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Unsalted peanuts, shelled 5 oz
  • Pickled Apples 1 piece
  • Mint to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the rice, place it in a pot, add coriander, salt, and curry powder, and pour in water.

Step 2

Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed by the rice.

Peel, wash, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
