Ingredients

  • Rice 5 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
  • Rabbit 5 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 pieces
  • Squid 1 piece
  • Mussels 5 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Chinese green beans 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Fish Oil 15 fl oz
  • Saffron to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat olive oil. Quickly sauté the rabbit and chicken, cut into small pieces, stirring constantly. Add salt.

Step 2

Add finely chopped vegetables: onion, garlic, pepper, and green beans. Sauté everything over medium-high heat until the onion becomes translucent. Be careful not to let the vegetables and meat burn.

Step 3

Add the squid and sauté for one to two minutes. Add crushed tomatoes. Stir for a minute and pour in water or broth. It can be cold or at room temperature. The vegetables and meat should be completely covered, but don't overdo it. Add salt and pepper to taste. If there isn't enough liquid while cooking the rice, just add more water.

Step 4

When the liquid comes to a boil, sprinkle the rice evenly over the surface. Add saffron. It's best not to stir the rice too much. Keep the heat medium, even slightly closer to high. After about 15 minutes, taste it. Add the shrimp; they will be ready in one to two minutes (they will turn white), and artistically arrange the boiled mussels. The paella should not be covered with any lid.

Step 5

Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5-8 minutes.
