- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 15 oz

Step 1
Cook the noodles in boiling water until done.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet and sauté the sliced chicken fillet until golden brown for 4-5 minutes. Add the zucchini cut into thin long slices and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring, until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 3
Add the peanut sauce, lime zest, and lime juice, and cook for another 1-2 minutes, adding a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
Step 4
Drain the noodles and transfer to plates. Top with the chicken and zucchini.
