- Rice 10 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
- Lean Beef 0 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Courgette 0 oz
- Daikon 0 oz
- Shimeji mushrooms 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Sesame Oil 2 teaspoons
- Gochujang Paste ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Pistachios 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Cook the rice.
Step 2
For the sauce: pour sesame oil into a saucepan, add minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and gochujang paste (can be substituted with ground hot pepper) and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the bean sprouts in boiling water, drain in a colander, and rinse in cold water. Let the water drain.
Step 4
Cut the meat, vegetables, and mushrooms into strips (julienne) and fry them separately. Fry the eggs sunny-side up.
Step 5
For serving individually: take a deep dish, place the rice at the bottom, and put the sauce in the center. Arrange the meat, vegetables, and mushrooms on top of the rice in a flower pattern, place the egg in the center, and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Step 6
Mix the ingredients just before eating.
