- Rice 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Courgette 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, boil it, drain it in a colander, rinse with hot water, and mash it.
Step 2
Wash the cauliflower, separate it into small florets, and boil.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini into thin strips.
Step 4
Peel, wash, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Mix the carrot and zucchini, add half of the butter, pepper, salt, and stew until cooked under a lid.
Step 6
Wash the parsley, chop it, and mix it with the stewed vegetables.
Step 7
In a greased pan, layer the rice and vegetable mixture.
Step 8
Smooth the surface and pour the mixture of milk and eggs over it.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven until ready.
