Ingredients
- Rice ½ cup
- Cervelat Sausage 10 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and cut the sausage into small cubes.
Step 2
Mix the rice, sausage, eggs, and 100 g of cheese. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place everything in a greased baking dish, spread with mayonnaise (or sour cream), and top with the tomato, sliced into thin rounds.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 375°F. Remove, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
