  • Chicken Liver 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the liver and chop it finely.

Step 2

Peel the onion, wash it, slice it into thin rings, and fry it in heated vegetable oil.

Step 3

Remove the onion from the pan, add the liver to the same pan, and fry over high heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Reduce the heat, add the onion, and simmer for 7 minutes.

Step 5

In a greased baking dish, place half of the rice, then add a layer of liver with onion, and top with the remaining rice.

Step 6

Level the surface of the casserole, spread mayonnaise on top, and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 7
