Rice Casserole with Chicken and Cheese
Ingredients
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Rice 20 oz
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and let it cool.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into small pieces and sauté (you can add onion and carrot). Let it cool.
Step 3
Separate the yolks and whites. Mix the yolks with the chicken. Whip the whites and quickly mix them with the rice.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter. Divide the rice into 2 parts. Layer 1 part of the rice, then the chicken, and cover with the 2nd part of the rice.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 30–40 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with cheese and keep in the oven until the cheese melts.
