Ingredients
- Savory to taste
- Beef Tri-Tip 4 pieces
- Barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Brush the steaks with curry sauce.
Step 3
Sprinkle the steaks with Adyghe salt.
Step 4
Sprinkle the steaks with savory.
Step 5
Wrap the steaks in foil.
Step 6
Place the foil-wrapped steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour.
Step 8
Remove the meat from the oven.
Step 9
Unwrap the foil and place the steaks on the parchment.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Garnish with herbs and cherry tomatoes for serving.
