
Rib Chop (Moldovan Style Pork Chop)

Description
Loin part of pork, cut with bones.
Ingredients
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Pork Blood 25 oz
- Garlic 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick, remove membranes from all sides, and lightly pound.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, place in a bowl, and pour over the white wine. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Remove the meat from the wine and let it rest for about 15 minutes on an open plate.
Step 4
Grill (including on a disposable grill, which is now available in all supermarkets, but requires an open balcony). Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until a crust forms.
Step 5
Arrange the rib chop in a single layer on the serving dish and spread with crushed garlic.
