Ingredients
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 25 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Oregano 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper ¾ teaspoon
- Long-Grain Rice 1½ cups
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0.6 cups
- Chicken Broth 2 cups
- Frozen green bean pods 1½ cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the diced chicken, chopped peppers, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and oregano to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Then add the paprika and cayenne pepper. Add the rice and mix well.

Next, pour in the broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer until the chicken and rice are tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Add more broth if necessary.
Step 4
Add the peas to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
