Description

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato 15 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic ½ clove
  • Adyghe cheese 5 oz
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut them into wedges, and place them in the fryer basket. Add salt, top with minced garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the sweet potato well, remove any damaged areas from the skin, and then cut it into small cubes with the skin on. Add to the peppers. Pour in the water and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Cut the cheese into cubes. Add to the potatoes and peppers. Cook for another 5 minutes. Before serving, drizzle the dish with olive oil.
