Ingredients
- Red Long Chili Peppers 35 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces

Step 1
Bake the peppers in the oven for 10 minutes at 355°F on parchment paper. Turn them once during this time. Remove from the oven, place in a deep dish, cover with a towel, and let cool. Then peel off the skin and seeds and cut into thin strips.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard. Dissolve the salt in the vinegar, then add the oil and whisk well with a fork until all ingredients are combined.
Step 3
Place the strips of pepper in a dish, pour the sauce over them, and let sit for 30 minutes. Then lightly dry, add the sliced eggs, and serve.
