Ingredients
- Red mullet fillet 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Thyme 4 sprigs
- Shallot 1 head
- Butter 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Tarragon 3 pieces
- Grappa 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the red mullet, brush with olive oil, place a sprig of thyme inside each fish, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place on the grill for five minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked red mullet to a plate, drizzle with warmed grappa, and ignite. Then top with butter mixed with mustard and finely chopped tarragon and shallot.
