Description

Red curry is a spicy soup made from coconut milk. For an authentic Thai flavor, you will need to search for kaffir lime leaves, Thai eggplants, and fish sauce. The dish is spicy and aromatic — very much in the Thai style.

  • Shallot 3 heads
  • Lemongrass 2 stalks
  • Red Curry Powder 4 spoons
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves 3 pieces
  • Galangal 0 oz
  • Coconut Milk 15 fl oz
  • Thai long bean 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Fish Oil 0 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the meat into pieces of a convenient size.

Heat the oil in a saucepan.
