Ingredients
- Mashed Potatoes 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Aged gouda cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the hot mashed potatoes with a whisk, adding sour cream, small pieces of feta cheese, and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with fat, spread the mashed potatoes in it, and smooth with a spatula. Preheat the oven to 355°F. Peel the eggplants and zucchini, slice them into rounds, and fry in hot oil in batches.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, and slice them into rounds.
Step 4
Evenly arrange the vegetables and olives on top of the mashed potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Bake for about 35 minutes.
