- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cheese Spread 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add chopped onion and garlic to the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and mix well (like for meatballs).
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Slice the eggplants into rounds and fry them in a non-stick skillet without oil, so they bake instead of fry.
Step 3
When the eggplants cool down enough to handle, spread the meat mixture on top of them.
Step 4
In a greased baking dish, arrange the eggplants and tomatoes in a circle alternately. Add the chopped butter and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake until golden brown.
