- Garlic to taste

- Balsamic Vinegar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F, grease the baking dish with olive oil.
Step 2
Slice the eggplants, tomatoes, and cheese into thin rounds, layering them in the dish: eggplant, cheese, tomato, salt, pepper, garlic, repeat with eggplant, and so on.
Step 3
At the end, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 4
Garnish with basil.
