
Ratatouille with Chorizo and Ham

Ingredients
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Chorizo 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Courgette 0 lbs
- Tomatoes 0 lbs
- Croutons a pinch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into cubes; also cube the meat and zucchini. Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely, and chop the onion finely as well.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large deep skillet, add the meat, and cook over low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the onion and green pepper to the skillet, and after 10 minutes, add the zucchini and tomatoes. Stir, cover with a lid, and let it cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Season with salt, return the chorizo and ham to the skillet, and let them warm up. Serve with croutons.
