Rainbow Trout with Caviar Butter

Ingredients

  • Golden Trout 4 pieces
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 12 sprigs
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Lime Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Tarragon ½ teaspoon
  • Chives ½ teaspoon
  • Spices to taste
  • Red Caviar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill.

Step 2

Rinse the fish well under cold water, clean it, rinse again, and dry thoroughly inside and out with a paper towel. Place thin slices of lime, 3 sprigs of cumin, and season well inside each fish.

Step 3

Lightly grease the grill and the fish with oil. Grill for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Step 4

To make the butter, whip the butter until soft, then mix in the lime juice, chopped tarragon, and chives. Gently fold in the caviar and sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 5

Place the fish on plates, top each with a bit of the butter, and serve immediately.
