Rainbow Trout with Caribbean Sauce
Ingredients
- Golden Trout 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Lime 1 piece
- Dried onion powder 1 teaspoon
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers 0 oz
- Rum 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Dill 0.2 bunches
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add mayonnaise to a small bowl.
Step 2
Finely chop the lime flesh.
Step 3
Add dried onion, black pepper, and salt.
Step 4
Dress with Caribbean rum.
Step 5
Finely chop dill and jalapeños.
Step 6
Add them to the future sauce.
Step 7
Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Step 8
Gut the fish.
Step 9
Place it in heated vegetable oil in a pan.
Step 10
After 3–5 minutes, flip it. Reduce the heat.
Step 11
After another 6–7 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Serve with the prepared sauce and herbs.
