Ingredients
- Veal 15 oz
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Onion 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into 3x3 cm pieces and thread them onto a skewer, alternating between veal and pork, with 6 pieces on each skewer. An electric grill can be used.
Step 2
Serve with tomatoes stuffed with fresh onions and stuffed sweet bell peppers. Radshnichi can be enjoyed simply with bread or with fluffy rice.
