Ingredients
- Roquefort cheese 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Sourdough Bread 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes with their skins on. Peel them. Cut into slices.
Step 2
Place potato slices at the bottom of a bowl, arrange pickles around the edges, and place 2 slices of bread in the center, then cover everything with thick slices of cheese.
Step 3
Put it in the microwave for 3–4 minutes (until the cheese melts and loses its shape). Season with freshly ground pepper.
