Bon Appetit!

Ingredients

  • Rack of Lamb 30 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Tagine Spice Mix 0 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Marinate the meat with mayonnaise, soy sauce, spices, rosemary (a few leaves), salt, and pepper, and add crushed garlic. (You should have 2 racks, do not cut them so they can be arranged like a house).

Step 2

Let the meat marinate (an hour should be enough, but if you have more time, the longer you marinate the meat, the better).

Step 3

Once the meat has marinated sufficiently, take the potatoes, peel them, and boil them until not fully cooked (approximately 5 minutes after boiling).

Step 4

Next, take a baking tray, place the meat in a house shape (as in the photo) and arrange the potatoes around it (you can also coat them with the same marinade), cover with foil, and place in a preheated oven at 430°F for 20–25 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 355°F and remove the foil, let it bake until browned for about 30 minutes.

Step 5

Reduce to the minimum temperature and let it sit for another 15 minutes, then you can take it out and serve! It should turn out very juicy and delicious!
