Ingredients
- Rabbit Legs 4 pieces
- Shallot 4 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Prunes 5 oz
- Thyme 4 sprigs
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Place a mixture of butter and olive oil in a deep pot.
Step 3
Sear the meat over high heat in a mixture of butter and olive oil until it develops a golden crust, then set it aside for a while.

In the same pan, sauté the shallots sliced into rings over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic.
Step 6
Pour in the wine. Let it simmer until reduced by half.
Step 7
Reduce the heat and return the rabbit to the onions and wine.
Step 8
Add the thyme sprigs, bay leaf, and pepper, and season with salt to taste.
Step 9
Add prunes.
Step 10
Cover with a lid and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
