Ingredients

  • Rabbit 25 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Bacon 6 pieces
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Celery stalk 2 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Thyme 10 sprigs
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 10 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Dry White Wine ½ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onions, mince the garlic, and cut the mushrooms in half.

Step 2

Sauté the rabbit in olive oil and transfer it to a large bowl.

Step 3

In a separate pan, fry the bacon and add it to the rabbit.

Step 4

In the pan where the bacon was cooked, melt the butter and sauté the onion, garlic, and celery. Add thyme and parsley, then transfer everything to the dish with the rabbit, add the mushrooms and potatoes. Mix well.

Step 5

Transfer the entire mixture to a pot and pour in the wine. Cover with a lid and bake at 345°F for about 55 minutes.
