
Rabbit Stewed with Vegetables and Paprika

Ingredients
- Rabbit 30 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Bay leaf 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Paprika 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) 0 oz
- Potato 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the rabbit into pieces.
Step 2
Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Chop the onion and carrot coarsely, add to the rabbit along with the butter, and sauté everything together for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in water, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
Step 5
Add the potato cut into large cubes, bay leaf, pepper, paprika, salt to taste, add more water, cover with a lid, and simmer for another 30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs, such as parsley and cilantro, if desired.
