Step 1
Cut the processed rabbit carcass into pieces (2 per serving), fry with fat, and place in a deep skillet. Cut the carrot, turnip, parsley, and onion into small wedges, and the potato into cubes, then fry with fat. Add the vegetables to the skillet with the rabbit, pour in red, tomato, or sour cream sauce, and simmer over low heat until the meat and vegetables are cooked through.
