- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove

Step 1
Soak the rabbit legs, previously cut at the joints, in vinegar for an hour to remove the odor.
Step 2
Mix olive oil, rosemary, game spices, and crushed garlic to prepare a marinade, which should be thoroughly applied to the rabbit and left for 1 to 3 hours.
Step 3
In heated oil in a pot, sauté grated carrot and sliced onion. Transfer to another container, add quartered soaked prunes, and mix well.
Step 4
Sear the rabbit legs in the pot, add the carrot-onion mixture, mix well, cover with sour cream, and stew under a closed lid for one hour, stirring occasionally.
