Ingredients
- Veal Liver 20 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

You can prepare boiled potatoes or rice as a side dish.

Rinse the liver and soak it in cold water to remove the blood. After that, remove the white membranes. Cut into pieces.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and carrot. Place them in heated oil and sauté for a couple of minutes. Then add the cream cheese (such as 'Philadelphia', 'Buko', or 'Almette'), mustard, and water. Bring to a boil. Then add the liver and reduce the heat. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20–25 minutes on low heat until cooked through.
