- Rabbit Legs 20 oz
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Dried Rosemary to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce to taste
- Dill 1 sprig
- Tomatoes 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Season with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle with dried rosemary.
Step 4
Brush with sweet chili sauce.
Step 5
Wrap the legs in foil.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 7
Arrange the meat in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Put in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and unwrap the foil.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 11
Remove from the oven and let cool. Garnish with tomatoes and dill before serving.
