Description

Rabbit in Sour Cream with Rosemary

Ingredients

  • Vinegar essence 5 fl oz
  • Rabbit 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 head
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the rabbit into portions, approximately 200 grams each; do not cut too small, as the rabbit should remain juicy.

Step 2

Soak for at least 2 hours in vinegar (I soaked it overnight).

Step 3

Dry the pieces (place on a waffle towel).

Step 4

Stuff with garlic, rub with a mixture of rosemary, salt, and pepper, and let sit for 2 hours.

Step 5

Coat the prepared and salted pieces in flour and fry in butter.

Step 6

Place in a pot, pour in sour cream, and simmer for 2–3 hours on low heat.
