Rabbit in a Skillet
Ingredients
- Rabbit Fillet 20 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Dry adjika to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rabbit in cold water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then dry it with paper towels and place it in the heated oil in the skillet.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Season with dry adjika.
Step 5
Once the bottom side of the fillet is browned, flip it over.
Step 6
Add salt again.
Step 7
Season with adjika.
Step 8
Reduce the heat to medium and add the sour cream. Add pepper.
Step 9
Stir and add the green pepper.
Step 10
After 2 minutes, add the crushed garlic.
Step 11
Stir and cover with a lid. Lower the heat a bit more.
Step 12
After 10 minutes, the rabbit is ready! Transfer to a plate, season with chili pepper, and serve.
