  • Rabbit Fillet 20 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice to taste
  • Dry adjika to taste
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Pickled Eggplant with Peppers 1 teaspoon

Rinse the rabbit in cold water and let it soak for 10 minutes.

Then dry it with paper towels and place it in the heated oil in the skillet.
