Ingredients
- Rabbit Legs 10 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the rabbit, dry it, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Fry in a skillet until golden brown.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings. Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Place the sliced onion at the bottom of a baking dish. Then place the rabbit legs on top.
Step 5
Spread sour cream over the rabbit.
Step 6
You can use rabbit meat in any proportion. If there are many legs, layer them, separating each layer with onion and sour cream.
Step 7
The final layer of rabbit legs is topped with a layer of onion, sour cream, and grated cheese.
Step 8
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 390°F for 40 minutes (again, depending on the power of your oven).
