Rabbit Baked with Carrots in the Oven

Ingredients

• Rabbit 50 oz
• Turnips 10 oz
• Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
• Yakiniku sauce 2 tablespoons
• Barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons
• Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
• Herbs 1 bunch

Step 1

Pour 2 tablespoons of each sauce into a bowl.

Step 2

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Wash and dry the carrots.

Step 4

Wash and dry the meat.

Step 5

Cut the meat into large pieces.

Step 6

Marinate the meat in the sauce mixture.

Step 7

Place the carrots at the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle with salt.

Layer the pieces of meat on top.

Place in the preheated oven at 390°F for 1.5 hours.
